Our all-inclusive packages cover venue rental, a dedicated event coordinator, tables, chairs, linens, place settings, in-house catering, bar service, basic lighting, and sound equipment. Enhanced packages add custom floral design, upgraded lighting, entertainment coordination, and extended hours. Every quote is tailored to your specific needs and guest count.
We handle all catering in-house through our culinary team to guarantee quality and seamless coordination. However, we're flexible with outside vendors for photography, videography, entertainment, florals, and specialty items like custom cakes. Absolutely. Once you've booked your date, we schedule a complimentary tasting experience where you'll sample menu options and work directly with our chef to customize your selections. For out-of-state clients, we provide detailed photo documentation and can arrange virtual consultations to finalize menus.
We understand that plans can change. Our contract includes a clear rescheduling and cancellation policy with no hidden penalties. Date changes are accommodated based on availability, and cancellations made within the specified timeframe receive a partial deposit refund.
